These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd49 ("bd49", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an international online betting and casino operator serving players in Bangladesh. 2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on bd49 or to use any of its betting or gaming services. This age restriction is strictly enforced. bd49 will request proof of age during the KYC process and may do so at any point during a Player's account lifetime. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited real-money funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any promotional credits received.

3.2 Legal Compliance

You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using bd49 is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered bd49 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered to the same name, address, IP address, device, email address, or payment method — are a breach of these Terms. bd49 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings accrued through them.

3.4 Exclusion from Eligibility

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a bd49 account:

• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from bd49 or who have had their account closed for Terms violations.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering a bd49 account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving MFS transactions. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles bd49 to close your account immediately.

4.2 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your bd49 account and for keeping that password confidential. bd49 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd49 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4.3 Account Currency

All bd49 accounts for players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed after the account is created. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your bd49 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and processing of any outstanding withdrawal requests. Accounts undergoing active fraud investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is complete.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

bd49 is required to verify the identity and age of its players as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of financial crime. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request above ৳5,000 will be processed, and may be requested at any earlier stage at bd49's discretion.

5.1 Documents Required

6 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

To request a withdrawal, you must have a positive real-money balance in your bd49 account, have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and have passed KYC verification for withdrawal amounts above ৳5,000. Withdrawals of real-money balance that was never used to place a wager may be subject to an administrative review.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

8.3 Wagering Requirements

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on bd49 — including cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers Test matches — are subject to the bd49 Sportsbook Rules published separately on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between specific sportsbook rules and these general Terms, the specific sportsbook rules take precedence for that market.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd49 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or sports outcomes.
